Christian Art Work by Alan Majchrowicz
Alan Majchrowicz is a lover of the outdoors, combining his enjoyment of hiking and
backpacking with his artistic genius. After training at the Art Institute of Chicago,
Majchrowicz decided to explore his love of both art and the natural world by relocating the
Pacific Northwest in the 1980s. Since that move, he has produced hundreds of breathtaking
photographs, many exploring small beauties like a crop of wildflowers, and contrasting this
with striking photographs of waterfalls, cliffs and lighthouses. Majchrowicz' work is
prized by many private collectors, and residents of the Pacific Northwest have been lucky
to attend numerous shows dedicated to his art.
Majchrowicz' art is amazing in its diversity. Usually mostly black and white photography,
the artist easily switches between still life images to pictures of the roaring Multnomah
Falls in Oregon. Whether you prefer his single flowers, lasting forever in photographic
form, or his landscapes, a Majchrowicz print will give you pleasure each time you look at
it.
