Christian Art Work by Kathryn Andrews Fincher
Kathryn Andrews Fincher took an interesting path in life prior to
becoming a Christian artist. In the 1970s, Andrews Fincher
represented the US by demonstrating her skills in waterskiing at the
Tokyo Exposition. She shared her love of teaching and sports as an
instructor of waterskiing, ballet skiing and aerial skiing before
becoming a flight attendant with Delta airlines. When marriage
beckoned and children were born, her love of children and Christian
practice became a means of exploring art, adn she began to produce
gorgeous paintings that exemplify God's gift of faith to children.
Andrews Fincher's framed Christian prints, taken from her
impressionist style paintings, will thrill and inspire you. She
features children learning about faith or discovering Christ in a
variety of settings. Her sense of light and sense of the divine
always serves as a focal point, with children's faces lit in their
exploration of Christ. A sense of wonderment paints the faces of the
children in Andrews Fincher's Christian art, as they learn the
virtues to which all Christians aspire.
