Christian Art Work by Sondra Wampler
To say Sondra Wampler has been an artist all her life is hardly exaggeration. She had
her first public showing at the Oakland Museum when she was just nine years old. As a
teenager, Wompler became interested in photography, after inheriting her family's older
camera. After studying photography at Santa Monica College, she began her career taking
commercial photographs. Now her photographs are known throughout the world, and she is
especially interested in fine art photography.
Wampler's work is appealing to many. Her photographs of single flowers express serenity
and stillness, and are a celebration of small fine details. Her delicate and contemplative
work will be enjoyed in any place in your home. It can serve as a source for meditation and
prayer or merely remind you how much Genius is in the design of our natural world.
